Gulf front condo on Okaloosa Island just a 60 second walk to the beach. This 2/2 furnished residence or short term rental is in excellent condition as the seller has used it as a primary home and it is immaculate. Sunset Cottages is a low density building with only 19 units on the West end South of Santa Rosa Blvd. The beaches are not crowded in the peak season and owners/renters can enjoy peace and quiet with gorgeous sunsets. Both bedrooms have a balcony with breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy an open floor plan with Living area and kitchen overlooking the pool with another balcony accessed through double French doors. Stackable washer/dryer in the hallway and a built in closet custom made.
