"The food options were limited. The credit card machine on the beach did not work, so I could not stay on the beach with an umbrella. I had checked out of my room, and the guy only took cash. I know this has nothing to do with the Sirata; however, if he had communicated with the front office, individuals would have known to obtain cash for their day at the beach."

"The location of the property is great. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shopping. Stayed there 11/14-11/16 and was not aware that the restaurant and club were closed due to the hurrciane. Nowhere did it state any facilities would be closed. Normally that wouldn't be a huge deal, but they moved the entertainment to the pool area. "Julian was amazing at the concierge getting us dinner reservations and pointing us around the area for things to do. Quinn made our beach days and cabana reservations smooth and relaxing upon arrival. Vic was our first greeting at the bell desk and our final farewell. "Incredibly affordable and great location. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel had everything you needed. The valet staff was extremely efficient and didn’t have to wait long for your vehicle. One complaint is that it’s pretty obvious that it’s in need of a major renovation. Too many eye sores for a luxury priced hotel."
