"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen.
The property is very clean and well maintained.
10/10 - definitely recommend to stay!"
"The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street."

"Poor cleaning job, spiders, cob webs, millipedes in every corner. Excellent amenities but a few bathroom door knobs were not locking. Bed covers had stains. All these were easily avoidable with a better management."

"Desk clerk was friendly and quick. We used the pre-arrival check in option and all we had to do was present my ID and he handed me the e-keys.
