"Wonderful walkable location "

"It was a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, but I think the electric fireplace wasn’t working. Other than that, it was perfect. I got a coffee down the street in the morning, went out for breakfast, then went to the downtown shops and found some great deals."

"Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning. "

"Lake front and totally private; we fell asleep to the waves. The location is what makes this property incredible. We spent almost all of our time outside and enjoyed it thoroughly, including plenty of boats, chairs, and sand tots provided by the owner. There is a weirdly heavy infestation of fruit flies throughout the house that was unpleasant, some of the linens weren’t clean, and a few lights didn’t work. Peter was a responsive and gracious host!"

"One bdrm had a queen, one a king and one a bunk bed with 2 larger than twin / smaller than double beds. The queen and king rooms had 2 tiny 'tables' for suitcases, purses, phones, etc. The bunk bed room and none; so the 75- and 78-year olds had all their belongings that couldn't hand in the closet on the floor. Also, ladder to the top bunk had narrow metal rungs which were painful to climb (she solved that by leaving her shoes on). We also had ONE very mature 10-year-old girl who we had to list...

"Loved the property but there are not 3 bedrooms in the cabin as advertised. There are 2 bedrooms plus a hideaway couch in the living room."
