"An exceptional option if you wish to stay near the airport. The hotel was comfortable; the breakfast buffet was excellent and mechanically intriguing, i.e. a machine that dispenses pads of butter, rather than having small plastic butter containers. Front desk staff were friendly and provided an excellent suggestion for a place to have dinner in Frankfurt. It is about a 15 minute taxi drive into the city. There were 2 minor inconveniences to our stay: first, there was no information on how to operate the thermostat to change the room temperature, and the controls were not intuitive (as it turned out, we didn’t ultimately need to adjust the room temperature); second, there is no bathroom night light option; as a result, if you need to use the bathroom during the night, it is necessary to leave the bathroom light on and close the bathroom door so you don’t light up the sleeping area"

"The picture of the outside seemed rather dated, but the inside, both lobby and guestrooms had been renovated very nicely. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, modern functional, welcoming. I booked this because of the shuttle to the airport at 6 in the morning. It was punctual and delivered me right on time. I would gladly stay here again for an overnight travel stay."

"Staff is very friendly. Subway station Gateway Gardens is a block away from the rear of the hotel. Area is mostly a collection of hotels that are close to the airport, but it didn’t seem noisy at all."

"Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping."
