"Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. "Perfect accommodation! Real home from home. Clean, modern and all the bits you need for a great stay. Even some extra touches like biscuits, toiletries, coffee pods and a full fruit bowl! Location is perfect and onsite parking. Check in was seamless and straight forward. We’ve previously stayed in another apartment in Lytham near by which we loved but this one tops it! "Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend"

"There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

Parking was almost next to the door as the corner shop at the end of the street does a great deal to park on their forecort. Location is almost on top of the pleasure beach and tram service. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."
