"This is our second stay at Thurnham Hall as we enjoyed it so much last time. I think the things that could be improved are: no charge for the leisure centre. It’s unclear on the website what the charges are, if they always apply etc. More clarity about how many bathrooms/ beds exactly will be provided. Last time we had the opportunity to split the beds in the main bedroom, which worked well as I was sharing with my daughter. This time it was a double bed. Or there should be an option to tick to...

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it."

I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. "90% of our stay was fabulous. Only a few little niggles. The positives: The room was huge! Very comfy bed and having a sofa was a plus. We were asked upon check in if we wanted a room with a bath (which we did). So that was good. The room was pitch black once all lights were off and windows closed, even in the morning. Lots of space for clothes. Staff and service was excellent. The spa (additional cost) was the best spa I’ve been to! The pool area was low lit, quiet and had beds to lie on....

"Booked last minute as we were let down by another booking the night before, but glad we found this place. Rooms were reasonably priced. Check in was so easy. The staff were very friendly. We liked the bar area with the pool table and tv screens. Beds were comfy. Rooms were large and clean. My only negative comment is the amount of condensation on the windows in one of our rooms meant you couldn’t see out the window to look at the view. I’d stay here again. :)"
