"Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed."

"If your looking for peaceful off the beaten track lodgings ,then this is the place for you. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here.The bungalow is well equiped with everything you need. The surrounding area is good for bird watchers with hedgerows,open fields and skies. Not too far (15 mins) is Barnaby sands marsh where we enjoyed long walks as far as Knott end and beyond. Gareth our host was very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. "

"Lovely location very spacious property ( like the Tardis) clean, good sized bedrooms, nice lounge. Ribchester is very nice village with excellent food in the local pubs, The Ribchester Arms and the White Bull which is only across the road."

"The log cabin is even better in real life than the pictures portray ! Warm and comforting, the log fire had been lit for my arrival, a nice touch. Very private location, I did not see another person just the many wildlife around the grounds and on the river bank. Wonderful overall !"

"I needed a house in Preston as my husband had been involved in a traffic accident. The house was great as it was close to the hospital and shops, it had off-street parking and many of the amenities you have at home. Heather was great and very helpful with some issues and really supportive when I needed to extend my stay into February. I would have no problem recommending this house to anyone."

"The floors were dirty - we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. My 11 month old was crawling around - there hands and knees were dirty after crawling on the floors, our socks and feet were filthy - we cleaned the floors Dust was under the beds - when you have an infant that is crawling they soon find the dirt on the floor The Rubbish bins had not been taken out to the street in several weeks as far as I could tell - all the cans were full and numerous rubbish bags were piled up...

"From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. The next day Lidia recommended we walk to the docks and stop at Rough Handmade - a must visit!! Great coffee and pastries. Then on to the Cathedral...
