Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. "We had a very enjoyable holiday here. House very well equipped, everywhere very clean. Good outside table for eating our breakfast and also for BBQ’s in the garden. We hired bikes for the week, so excellent location for this as house is minutes from bike path and then a lovely 10-15-minute cycle alongside the lake into Annecy also of course plenty of space in garden to keep the bikes. It was helpful to receive prior to our holiday from Tatiana information about the area. Excellent boulangerie 5...

"Les plus: une maison avec du cachet et confortable, bien équipée et facile à vivre, jardin ensoleillé et calme, tout est bien dimensionné pour un groupe Les moins: la maison est très mal isolée phoniquement, on entend tout de partout. Au dernier étage, la chambre avec les 3 lits n'a pas de porte donc bruits et lumières se propagent des étages inférieurs. La salle de bain a encore les fenêtres d'avant l'extension, donc problème pour l'intimité dans un voyage entre amis. Nous avons aussi dû payer...

"À FUIR. Annonce mensongère. Il était noté sur l’annonce la présence d’une climatisation, d’une machine à laver/sèche linge, d’une salle de sport mais surprise, il n’y a rien de tout ça!!! Sympa sous canicule… même pas le matériel obligatoire (pas de détecteur de fumée) De plus, propriétaire menaçant et en conflit avec ses voisins, rendant le séjour bien désagréable. Fuite d’eau dans la cuisine, pas de vaisselle… bref passez votre chemin. "
