"All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. "

"Plenty of rooms, great size pool, stones step to amenities. Albeit a bit quirky (lots of add Ons to the home and a little old) makes for great hid and seek for the kids. Pool was fabulous to cool off, with so much covered space to dry & clean gear after a day out snorkeling. "We arrived late afternoon and were unable to open the lock box to access the key. Our USA phone would not connect a local call so we had to find someone with a phone willing to call the local cohost to get us in. We found out that we had been given the wrong code. We loved the folding glass doors opening our room up to a beautiful view. "The house was very clean. The kitchen had just a dribble of water. We had to gets cups of water from the bathroom to wash the dishes, even the flow in bathroom was weak and the shower too. It should not have been rented with the kitchen water flow that bad. I did let the manger know, it seems there was nothing they could do. I would not rent this house again. I believe they are aware of the issuse and do nothing about it and still rent."

Perfect, friendly hosts who were helpful and greeted us warmly just after check-in and even lent me a sun shirt after a day of too much exposure. Kayaks available for inlet access to the lagoon. Clean and modern. The washer and A/C were great amenities to have. This is a delightful neighborhood in Tiahura with many nearby attractions within a short drive. I would definitely stay here again! "At first, we wanted to relocate due to the hot condition in our room because this place has no Air condtioning. I believe another fan (two) or a better one will help the issue. We tried to relocate but the owner did point out that the place has no AC, so too late for us to back out. However, it turned out good or we made the best out of it. "Our family stayed in The Orama Lodge in early January 2025 and enjoyed the most memorable stay. Alain & Regina are amazing hosts that truly go above and beyond for their guests! We enjoyed a lovely meal with our hosts and really enjoyed getting to know them and learning more about the island.
