"The one thing that will keep me from returning to Fripp is the need to buy an amenities card if you want to eat at most restaurants on the island or go to club pool. I will not return. There are other beaches on the South Carolina coast that I prefer. My husband and I grew up near North Myrtle Beach. Our favorite place to stay is Tilghman resort on ocean blvd. Has pool, view of ocean and short walk to ocean. Also many 5 star restaurants to choose from. No amenities card needed. "

"This is our 5th summer (I think) staying at this property and we love it every time! The dining/living area and kitchen make the house so fun for our family to enjoy time together, and it is convenient to everything on the island. "This villa was the perfect place for us! We’re all young adults branching off from our family’s typical vacation house during beach week, & it was perfect! The space had everything we needed & more, it was so clean & so well kept. The owners were great communicators & very helpful in anything we needed or any questions we had! The location is great for parking, golf cart parking, very quiet area, wonderful marsh views, and fabulous beds & rooms!! Such a great place to rent and great people to rent from. "

"It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!"
