"The property was very nice modern and clean. The staff was very friendly but they need more English speaking staff. The beach was disappointing, the sand was yellowish and one could hardly walk to the shore because of the small pieces of coral in it. The restaurant Hanare was the best!!!!!! Loved the 10 course dinner. That chef deserves a Michellin star! Great for families with small kids. "

"Great hotel for the budget-minded. Pool is wonderful and there’s a lovely walking path that goes along the water in both directions, right in front of the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Its a little secluded hotel with 10 rooms tucked in the hills of Ishigaki. The staff were great and check in was easy. The animals on site were cute, but the parrot's day cage is too small. The room was huge and had great amenities if you wanted to cook a small meal. The balcony was large and had a view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay here again."

"Spacious rooms, well equipped, though the rest of the hotel is bereft of any amenities, but never mind. We learned to appreciate the place. A bit remote for those without a car, but we managed to enjoy with the help of the bus timetable. Very friendly small team of staff who try their best to make up for shortcomings of the place. Breakfast was charged as an extra, but it was nice and worth it. As said, the room is vast and comfy and there's a little pantry in it, but we wish the little backyard...
