"Super Villa in a fantastic location!"

"Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals! "

"Our son stayed for 10 days while waiting for his new apartment. Everything necessary was in the apartment with a lovely feeling of welcoming and comfort.Would adjust the location of the smoke alarm - any cooking triggers alarm. Wish there was a way in and out without using a clicker through the garage, but the location more than made up for the inconvenience.Will gladly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."

"We enjoyed our stay in the secret garden home. However, it does need some updating and deep cleaning. The kitchen faucet is broken and leaky which makes it hard to do the dishes without the hose spraying everywhere. The spa did not work when we tried to use it. It never heated above 80 degrees. The towels and bed linens could use replacement. There was a mildew smell throughout the house."
