"Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company."

"This pousada could had the potential to be very nice. But stay away if you are sensitive to noise and light. It's extremely noisy between the room and the common areas. There's lots of rooms in this small place and you will hear everyone. People walking on the second floor shakes the entire first floor. The breakfast area is not scaled for the amount of guests staying. There's permanent lights outside, which illuminates the room through non coverable windows at night."
