Only two items I can think of where the hotel could improve: 1- the air conditioning system in the rooms is not particularly user friendly, so one may end up feeling either too cold or too warm; 2- as the hotel seems to be family run, the same person who looks after breakfast is supposed to help customers check out, which clearly is an issue if somebody is in a serious hurry. "The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"
