"We arrived at the hotel late at night and the parking was at the far end of the building entrance. What we didn't realize was that it was pay parking. So we paid the overnight rate and the ticket showed that it's good until 6am. This was frustrating since we wanted to sleep in and not wake up at 5:50 to pay again. Another problem was that there was no hot water in our room, so we couldn't even have a shower. I wrote to the motel after our stay and they were very responsive and apologetic....
