"disgusting on the outside and inside. when i checked into the room there was hair all over the bathroom as if no one cleaned up. it also smelt like wet must. it was so terrrible i literally just checked out the within the first 30 minutes and booked an airbnb because there was no way i can stay there for a week. sucks i understand theres no refunds but this place shouldnt even be open lol"

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...
