"Very comfortable, Nice experience. Room was cozy and ONSEN was great! (best part while staying). At first as soon as we checked in, we had room cleanness issue, but the hotel right away took care of our issue and gave us very good replaceable room to stay while they are cleaning our room. Staff were nice, friendly, and very professional (thank you). I felt like i came to Japan (where the place is very missed)."

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."
