"Our host Andy thought of every detail! No need to bring or purchase minor conveniences. Fans are available in the bedrooms, there is a stocked Keurig coffee maker, tea bar, and plenty of items needed in the kitchen for a weeks stay. They even have laundry supplies, so you do not need to purchase anything but your food items. thank you for the hospitality Andy!"

"If I could give more than a five-star rating on this place, I would. It was amazing—charming in design, quiet, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the small amenities that were waiting for us—cookies, drinks and high-end bathroom supplies. We will definitely come back again! "

"Five(5) senior golfers on a 2-night stay for an annual golf tournament. Perfect accommodations: comfortably sleeps 5, number of bathrooms perfect, great kitchen for the one(1) dinner we prepared (steak, chicken and veggies), very clean and in a very quiet location. I will check for this residence next year when we return!"

"Had a great time at Sam's house. It's located just a few blocks from the downtown plaza and easy access to campus. We could walk to pretty much anything we needed. Nice market a few blocks away, new ramen shop a block away, plaza is 7 blocks away. House is a really nice older house. I have a soft spot for old houses, and like their quirkiness. House is laid out very logically. There's a nice office in the back and we used the smaller third bedroom as a quiet reading/hanging out room. Sam...

"Excellent location, located on the Hammond Trail, very nice kitchen and appliances. Some kitchen equipment such as knives, salad bowl, salad spinner, electric hot water kettle, etc. are absent. Only 4 chairs around the dining room table, so if you have six people for dinner, two would have to stand. Overall very light on furniture. Excellent and highly responsive agent and owner. Great garage."

"Loved being close to campus. Nice park for doggie at the end of the street. Excellent appliances in kitchen. My only "needs improvement" was the yard...sadly, other visitors didn't bring dog poop bags."

"I injured my knee the evening before I was to drive up to King Salmon, so was unable to enjoy Shell Cottage, and too late for any refund! I had stayed previously however, and it was lovely; hence my desire to return."

"Property is beautiful. Waterfront is so nice. Definitely not super fancy but does the job. French press coffee only. Did not like that. One had a crack in it. Our only real complaint was the number of flies we had to kill every afternoon in the kitchen. If the owner fixed the kitchen door this won’t be a problem. Beautiful place. Would stay again. Would have liked a microwave and kcup coffee pot."

"Our-of-the-way and right on golf course. Very quiet (except for mowing of greens). We had 18 people at maximum occupancy, with beds for almost everyone, and even then, the place didn't seem crowded. We all fit around inside table and outside table, at fire pit (and near grill), for much reminiscing (this was a memorial trip). Three bathrooms, thankfully, not two, and they are well-appointed; true, we had to make a TP run (and also to get coffee filters), but otherwise the place was well-stocked....
