"I’d love to rate this hotel better. The location is great. It’s a cool old building. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem was the room. Our room had no windows to the outside. The window faced the interior courtyard of the hotel. There was no air conditioning and no air circulation so the room was stifling and stuffy. The noise from the lobby reverberated throughout our room. We didn’t sleep at all and sleep is the number one necessary requirement of a hotel. This the 2 star...

"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"
