"We booked this property that was available on expedia. It said check in was available at 2pm. After arriving to the property we learned there was no front desk or reception. We sent multiple emails and phone calls and waited 7 hours with no response from the property. It took us hours to figure things out with expedia. Terrible experience overall."

"My first time at Aquarium and cannot fault it. Huge room and huge outside terrace . Staff were very friendly and attentive . Great breakfasts in the morning . Lovrf the view from terrace of Mossel Bay . Have already booked a night on my return up from the Garden Route . Looking forward to staying there again"

"Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. "
