"This is as close to a home away from home as it gets from a bnb. It's clear that the owner uses this house on occasion because it is so comfortable, well decorated, and perfectly clean. There are also amenities around the house. The owner is nice and accomodatinf. I would stay here again!"

"This house was outstanding! Everything is brand newly remodeled and in great taste. The house is spotlessly clean. There’s a great yard with a playset for the little children. Also a putting green, ping-pong table and foosball. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Beds are comfortable. The Christmas tree and decorations added to our experience. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent this house again.!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. "Beautiful property. If you are a fan of Art Deco you will be absolutely delighted. The majolica bathroom tiles are exquisite. There are beautiful touches throughout the entire property. The home is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything you need for your stay. Great location, it is a very short 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend it ❤️"

"We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. "We enjoyed our stay at the home and the host was very responsive and available . This home was very clean and had basic toiletries available which was greatly appreciated. Comfortable and Cozy home exactly 15 minutes from Disneyland . I definitely recommend this home. Quiet neighborhood and check-in instructions were easily understandable."

"Great stay. Lots of stairs.Street parkjng unless you have a sub compact vehicle.Close to beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, transportation.Best for a couple or single person. "The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."

"House was very clean! Only complain is that the couch in living room was waaaaay too small especially for a bunch of teenage boys to hangout and watch movies in. Couch only fit 2 maybe 3 very tight! Overall great stay"

"Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy to walk to some great restaurants. Quiet property tucked behind a home. The shower was a perfect powerful shower, very hot and was the best in any rental we’ve previously rented. The kitchen was equipped with what we need to cook a couple of meals. Driving to what we needed or wanted to visit was fabulous. We drove to the rodeo drive area, visited Mr Beast museum, Taschen book store, Erewhon for fresh pressed juices. Factor famous...
