"We’ve been going to Sioux Falls for a summer swim meet for years and always stayed at a hotel. This was such a better experience giving the family room to spread out, a great location to access food (or make our own), and to bring our dog along on the trip. "This place was so great! My whole SD family came for Thanksgiving dinner. There were enough places for everyone to eat. There was plenty of beds for those that stayed, and the bedding/pillows were great! The hot tub with the view was amazing. The outside and inside pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. Perfect place! Warm and cozy. LOTS of bald eagles! Would love to come in Spring time to canoe/kayak the river. I’m from the area but needed a place for my family and I to set up base....

"We took our dog along for his first travel experience and selected this property for our weekend in Sioux Falls because of the dog-friendly amenities. It did not disappoint! Cozy and clean, the apartment was just what we needed for our brief stay. It is close to a lot of other central locations in the city and the neighborhood was perfect for a dog-walk or two. Recommend and will likely stay here again."

"Stayed here with my husband and my 3 year old daughter. The only complaint i really have is that the rooms were not sound proof at all..you could hear people talking next door and people walking in the hallways and in rooms above you. Also the shower was extremely slippery..my daughter fell when i washed her up and she wasnt even moving. I used more caution when it was my turn to shower. But other than that.. everything else was perfect. Very clean..bed was comfortable, pool was nice, hot tub...
