"The refurbished building has been well updated. The room was very comfortable and all systems were updated and working well. It was quiet (mostly) with the exception of the trains, which thankfully did not run that frequently. All in all a very nice facility. "The two most important things were that the bed was excellent and we were able to find a room in Mt. Shasta that didn't previously have pets in it. I had to call five hotels just to find a pet free room. The shower was less than stellar and I didn't use it. The front desk closes at 8:00 so we never saw a live person coming or leaving. "

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms and great price. This trip a bomb cyclone hit the NW and we ended up snowed in and had to stay and extra night. No restaurants in town were open. Downside of hotel was no food available and room doesn’t have comfortable sitting area when one has to stay inside all day. Hard to watch tv all day in bed. Staff was very helpful about keeping current info on road conditions etc. Will definitely stay...

"I like this property. It’s a neat concept and anytime one of the sleeping options is a hammock hanging from two sides of the room, that’s pretty cool. It has a very hipster/mountain vibe.
