Ruken hanım konağı’nda gerek çalışanlar olsun gerek yeri işleten beyefendi çok yardımcı oldular. Konağın yeri lokasyonu çok iyiydi Bakırcılar Çarşısıı’na 5 dakika yürüme mesafesiydi. Çay kahve ikram Edip ettiler ve hiçbir şekilde ücretini almadılar ve çok memnun kaldık.

İşletmeci gayet ilgili, samimi ve dürüsttü. Çıktı almam gerekiyordu yardımcı oldu, günün her anında çay ikramında bulundular. Kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi, keyif alarak yedim. Çalışanlar da bize müşteri değil misafir gibi davrandı. Bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Ayrıca yatak çok rahattı.

Firma otoparkı olduğunu belirtiyor ama otopark yok otelinin önünü otopark diyorlar ama orası sokak, yollar dar olduğu için sorun yaşadık. Odanın duvarları tozlu kıyafetimizin değdiği yerler toz oldu, banyoda dış mancunu yoktu, şampuan ve sabunlar büyük kaplarda olduğu için kullanım pek içime sinmedi tek kullanımlık bekliyorduk yoktu, otelin merkezi yerde olması dışında avantajı yok

Yorumlara bakarak burayı seçtik,ancak hayal kırıklığı.Valizlerimiz taşınmadı,elbiselerimizi asacak yer yoktu.Yastıklar çok kötü dümdüz varmı yokmu belli değil.En önemlisi personelde Tebessüm,güleryüz Yoktu.Aynı özellikte Urfadaki Konağa buraya ödediğim paranın yarısını ödedim.
Dar ve küçük biryere askı koymuşlar.Ne gömlek nede pantolon asılabiliyor

Otel sadece uyumak için yeterli. Konumu da iyi. Gezmeye gelip, yatak dışında bir beklentiniz yoksa yeterli. Ancak biz odada 3 kişi konakladık. Ekstra koydukları yatak, yatılabilecek gibi değildi. Banyoda duş var ancak duşakabin yok, her yer ıslanıyor. Kahvaltısı da iyi değil.

Mükemmel bir misafirperverlik çok güzel lokalsyon. Bir daha geldiğimde tekrar konaklayacağım yer Ruken hanım konağı olacak. İlgi alaka için çok teşekkür ederiz. Gayet temiz şirin ve kullanışlı bir yer. Terasına bayıldık. Otantik bir yapıya sahip olması ayrıca keyifli.

Gece 2’de Antep için absürt bir saatte geldik. Çünkü meğer burada hayat 18:30’dan bitiyormuş. Buna rağmen daha biz kapıyı çalmadan kapıda karşılandık. Hiç beklemeden odamıza yerleştik. Minik ve harika manzaralı bir terası vardı. Odanın genel durumu iyiydi. Odamızın yatağında birkaç kıl olması üzerine durumu görevliye belirttik, bizi hemen farklı tertemiz bir odaya aldı. Oda personel katında bulunduğu için biraz ses geliyordu özellikle sabah kahvaltısı için açık büfe bu katta kurulduğu için biraz ses geliyordu fakat bizim için problem olmadı. Mekan sahibi Osman Bey geldiğinde yaşanan durum için özür diledi, yıkama servisi dolasıyla böyle bir şey yaşandığını belirtti ve şuanki odamızdan memnun değilsek, ses geliyorsa farklı bir odaya da alabileceğini belirtti. Bu sebeple bu konakta 3. bir odayı da görmüş olduk. Yine tertemizdi. Personeller çok ilgili ve kibarlar. Çok sıcak bir ortam. Aile ile gelinebilecek, sessiz, huzurlu, ulaşımı çok merkezi olan bir yer. Kahvaltısında da çeşit yeterliydi. Soğuk-sıcak su alabileceğiniz ücretsiz bir sebil bulunuyor. Güzel geniş bir terası var, manzara mükemmel. Mekan hemen kalenin yanında zaten fakat biz geldiğimizde restorasyon çalışması olduğu için ziyaret edemedik. Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklamaydı. Tüm personellere ilgilerinden ötürü teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek ilk arayacağımız yer yine burası ☺️
