"What can we say about our trip to this gorgeous picturesque glamping pod.... on arrival it was clear that the photos advertising this holiday do not do the place justice at all. It is a stunning location, set back from everything and so quiet and peaceful. The pod itself was very clean, and well looked after with everything you needed and more. "Came with my husband, parents, and sister and her husband, small dog and 2 children. The property gave us ample space to enjoy time together and relax apart. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure. We enjoyed some beautiful walks from the property, with views over Barmouth. This was a great base for our family trip to North Wales. 😊"

"This was just what we wanted. Peaceful, warm, well equipped and a stunning view of the sea. Comfortable beds, bathroom with a rain head shower, kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, large TV and comfortable reclining leather sofas and dining table upstairs. "We stayed at this lovely hotel in April. We had 2 small labs with us. We could not take them into the bar or restaurant, but that was NOT a problem. The team were wonderful with us and our dogs. They went above and beyond for us. They made us up a beautiful table in the library and served us drinks, breakfast & a wonderful dinner there along with our labs. The service, food and hotel were lovely. It made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you guys"

"If you’re looking for a historic experience while visiting the castle, you can’t get better than this Inn. It’s obviously been modernized, but eating downstairs has such a tavern feel to it. The portions are huge and the food is delicious especially the welsh pie and soups. Within the castle walls, you’ll have an array of local shops and pubs to frequent after touring the castle. Enjoy a walk along the water. As others have mentioned, there are stairs and it can be a bit of a maze to get to your room. I was worried but this actually did not bother me. As long as you can lift your suitcase up stairs, you’ll be fine. "

"We were running late and I called and told them that we were going to be later than expected and the girl was so nice she told us that it was okay they were going to wait for us, we finally got there after 11pm and they were there waiting for us, she said they were concerned because of the road and it was raining and misty, they were so nice and friendly and the gentleman helped bringing our luggage upstairs. I give them 10/10. "

"On site parking, managed to get a space which was good. The hotel is nice and clean. Room was small but good enough for 1 person. It had a chair and a luggage holder as well as multiple hooks on the wall + hangers which was convenient. It also had a smart TV which was good as some hotels don’t. So I was able to log into my Netflix account and watch my shows. (Remember to sign out if you do this) :) It’s close to plenty of shops and restaurants which is good as they’re within walking distance. I got room service and the food was delicious! (Specifically the Margarita Pizza + Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert). "
