Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. "Whilst in bed,at 11 pm a tour group arrived on my fllor,they were all extremely noisey and showed no consideration to sleeping guests.I had booked a 2 am wake up call but was woken by this group at 11,i opened my door twice...to confront them..at 11.15 and again at 11.50 when i raised my voice to them all..it was unneccessary as management should of requested and quieter transition to their rooms when thay checked in.."
