"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. I am giving it a four star rating because you are paying for 1 to 1.5 star hotel and you are getting 2.5 star hotel room. "
