Firstly, friendly and helpful staff who is good in English. The room is clean and comfy. Environment is great as it is walking distance to shopping centers, cafes and more importantly, local street food! Message place is also near by. But have to Googled just in case. I don't really need to travel far to experience Penang.

Hotel staff are nice. The room is clean and tidy. Walkable distance to Komtar (close to where you can take a bus to Ipoh) and very close to Kimberley Street Food Night Market. There is a higher end restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel but we didn't eat inside.

Fantastic friendly hotel, the staff and management are exceptional. rooms are very clean and comfortable, very good location within Georgetown, easy walking to everything, food stalls only 1 street away. Food at the onsite restaurant Le Vie is delicious fine dining with an upmarket ambience. Roof top bar is cosy, barman Sharafat is a lot of fun and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend everything about this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center. You can totally walk from one place to another within minutes. You can also find lots of food stalls with reasonable pricing around the city.

Great place to stay if you thinking of walking around the Georgetown area and tourist-attraction sites. It is located in a older historical neighborhood, nearby many great restaurants and komtar First Avenue shopping mall. The hotel was very clean with modern decor. My room was on the third floor facing the Komtar tower view. It had all the basic amenities I needed for the 5 nights stay. 2 guest parking spaces in front and a dining room. There is no gym, or no swimming pool but it has 2 jacuzzi on the roof top terrace. The very unfortunate or unfair thing was I lost one room key card and they had to charge me $50 ringgit for it. Other than that, it was great. I would recommend it.

Nice and clean but the bed was far too hard (I didn't sleep for 5 nights!). The walls were very thin so I could hear every noise from next door. The lights in the bathroom were too dark. The reception staff weren't overly friendly or welcoming.

Clean and comfortable place in a lively part of town. Loads of great dining options very close by. Short walk from a bus terminal that serves the airport as well as plenty of other places on the island. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all a very pleasant experience
