Holiday Homes in Georgetown

"DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

"We stayed over the long Veterans Day weekend! The weather was still warm and beachy! The property is centrally located and a short walk from the beach. There is also a small pool on the Westside of the property that is clean and well maintained. The cottage is simple but more than adequate for a comfy stay. We used Uber and never waited more than a couple minutes for service. The property is also close to the airport. We hope to return sometime. It’s a great little spot!"

"The perfect spot for us to stay with our senior pup. She's not so good at stairs so all one level with a door opening into a fenced yard was fabulous. The owners have thought of just about everything from a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach to Ziploc bags for leftovers (or seashells). We'll be back!"
