"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"Really great hotel! We enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and updated, the lobby area is very large and welcoming with lots of comfortable seating, and access to an incredible gym (not a standard hotel gym). Carbonated and still water machines on each floor a nice bonus. Good location right near the Grand Place/old town center, and also a few minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were friendly and let us check-in early for no additional fee as the room was available."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The water in the fridge is included in the cost of your stay which is so nice. Beds were comfy and room was spacious enough. They let us check in early and the food at the restaurant, while pricey, was good. There is a good coffee shop a few blocks away called Stella’s, it’s adorable and I’m sad I didn’t discover it until the last day. Food options were otherwise limited. All hotel staff was so friendly! "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff in the lobby, bar tenders , house keeping were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean the rooms are comfortable. Located very close to the city square and it’s in a very walkable location I did not have to get a taxi once because you can walk everywhere. Has a great area to lounge around outside and a big lobby with great drinks."
