Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat."

"We had a great time at Nova Skyland Hotel. It was a 5 days trip (4 nights) family trip to Rovaniemi. We were not lucky to have a proper winter weather on the first two days and the hotel location, walking distance from Santa Claus Village, plus the option for staying at Nordic Cottage saved our trip. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning could be better, as we found some hair in the bathroom."
