"The first night there was a large group of parents socializing loudly on my guest floor. It kept me awake very late. The front employee told me they can't enforce noise after 11 pm, only 'suggest'?! He said my only option was to switch rooms (at midnight). Terrible service. This is not an inexpensive hotel. My expectation is for a good night sleep. The next morning the day staff were accommodating and gave me a different room on another room. After that first night, happy with the hotel."

"Good service, staff is customer friendly and interactive. We enjoyed the stay prior to our flight. Took a flight out of Buffalo to Palm Beach the next day so we ended up staying the night prior. Nice hotel for the price, nothing special, but good got a Holiday Inn. Flight with Jet Blue was 1/3 the cost of Air Canada out of Person for the Holidays, would look at this option as an alternative if you agree with the ridiculous fare prices and lack of Quality that Air Canada currently offers.. "
