"Amazing property. Good free laundry and complimentary drinks in the minibar. Two things to improve: #1the room location, my room was in the first floor and barely didn’t have light #2 no daily housekeeping. The purpose of staying at a hotel is to be removed from your daily chores, that’s why you pay for a hotel instead of an apartment. There wasn’t an option for on request neither. Only housekeeping after 3 nights. I don’t want to change my sheets but I would appreciate to have my bed tidy up."

"This was the best all around hotel we’ve ever stayed at around the world, at any price point. Location 10/10, breakfast 10/10, aesthetic 10/10, bakery in the lobby was incredible. The rooms were very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel was so good we cancelled our next hotel for the rest of our stay in Kyoto and came back here. Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"Amazing. I will be back. Literally a 5 star experience walking distance to the most beautiful area in Kyoto. Very easy to access anything you want; food, shopping, shrines, metro and trains.
