"Two of us stayed one night, staff were friendly and rooms comfortable. Quite rural location with ample parking, they even locked our motorbikes in a garage for the night. "This hotel was in a great location. It had great views of the canal. The hotel was a little old (like most buildings in Europe) however they had kept it well and it was clean. The best thing about this place, besides the view and location, was management. On the day of check out we needed to leave our suitcases there until 10:30 pm, since we were catching a late bus. Even though they normally closed the main desk by 9 PM they found a way to let us store our bags there. It was amazing and...

"Ideal for a stay of up to a week, this hotel does what it says on the tin. Decent rooms cleaned every day. A cold breakfast buffet with enough variety to keep you interested. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Toulouse and all the cafés, bars and restaurants. I understand there is underground parking, and public transport is very close. Also a cheap Uber or Bolt run to the airport if required. Recommended."

"Well located, at the corner of the well known "Place du Capitole" in Toulouse CBD the hotel is on a prime spot for a few days as a tourist in Toulouse if you want to walk the city streets and discover the wonderful cafes/restaurant that the city has to offer. The hotel is decorated in an old fashion way and is missing a few essential to make it a real 4 stars hotel (e.g. small TV, no amenities in bathroom, standard breakfast, limited information given upon arrival)."

"The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake. This was not the fault of the hotel. "

Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby.
