"Excellent hote with modern, soacious and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom, great facilities. The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. I didn't eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of food from the buffet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in a good location only a short walk to Cardiff Arms Park and the town center with loads of bars and restaurants."

"Lovely hotel but tired looking. Room very hot & I don’t think one thing matched in the bathroom however bed was really comfy & staff friendly. For what we paid in Central Cardiff it did the job but definitely not a luxury hotel if that’s what you’re after."
