Room was small, decor a bit dated but clean and had what we needed, entrance area bit dark at night, not well lit especially side entrance. However good price and staff helpful and efficient.

Check in - Monica (staff member) so helpful, friendly, felt as if she really cared that we were happy. We used to stay when the property was a Premier Inn. Improvements have been made, but the fact that you can’t control the heating in the rooms - not good - far TOO HOT!! You can’t open windows (totally understand why). Bathroom a bit tired. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Room 1119.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I asked to change rooms as the room I was given initially smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff gave me a different room straight away, without question, which was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. I wasn't in any way made to feel like I was being awkward. And they gave really helpful suggestions for where I could go for food. Thanks very much to the kind staff.

A great hotel, great room, a stone throw from a lovely restaurant and the railway, parking is abit of a nightmare but that’s to be expected in Glasgow .

The room was very dated, with a minuscule TV and tired paintwork, and chipped wood. The seat was covered in crumbs, there was long strands of congealed hair in the toilet bowl, and around the toilet seat - pretty grim. Obviously, the toilet / shower hadn't been cleaned. There was a black bin liner and empty lager boxes stuffed under the bed. Dismal and depressing room, even if cleaned. Overall, feel of the room was an 1980's remand centre / young offenders institute / borstal. Complained to the company, never received any response. Will avoid in future.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The staff at the reception were professional, welcoming, and always had a smile. I want to give special thanks to the two ladies who checked me in on the evening of September 22nd. My room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I was glad to find an electric kettle, something that I have not found in other hotels in Glasgow (hard to believe, right?). Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I was disappointed with the cleaning staff. Firstly, they didn't clean the room every day, even after reminding them every morning before 9 am. Additionally, when they did clean the room, they never replaced the used cups despite my daily requests at the reception. The way they made the bed looked like it was done by children. After a hard day at work, I expected the room to be immaculate. I'm not fussy, and I understand if they miss one or two things, but it seems like the cleaning department and the cleaning manager have not set any standards for the staff. Would I stay there again? Probably yes, as the reception staff were professional and met the customer's requirements.
