"Great value for the money. Beautiful view, my daughter loved feeding the ducks and turtle by the lake. Cute picnic area. The staff was super friendly and the housekeeping staff responded to requests promptly. Everything was clean in the room and well maintained. The outside was picked up and free from litter. "The room was great. Pillows were terrible with no body. When I checked in I asked for a late departure. I was told 12 noon to 1pm is ok just call and advise the desk. I went to a meeting that lasted longer than expected. Desk told my wife if she did not vacate the room by 11:30am we would be charged for another day. She did call for a late check out. Poor excuse for Hilton Honors guest."
