"We had a great time at this cabin. It was perfect for all ages and location was great! Only complaint would be that the floors were dirty upon arrival and had to vacuum due to having little ones crawling around on the floor. Otherwise highly would recommend!"

"Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back. You can call it from an app in the morning, and then just hop on and give your destination in the afternoon. Private hot tub was a great amenity in the backyard. "We chose this mountain cabin for its location "near" Lake Tahoe, but not in Lake Tahoe. We have previously stayed at many cabins in the Tahoe area over the years. These cabins ranged from modern to ancient. This cabin was a great representation of 1960s mountain cabin with modern kitchen appliances. Very comfortable for the eight of us. I especially liked the freestanding (wood simulating) gas fireplace. "

"Sweet home and well set up kitchen! Lots of games for family time. My grandkids enjoyed snowplay and game time! Rich and Flo were super helpful when we had some issues getting into unit, by our own “operator error”!"

"Beautiful, large house that was perfect for our trip out to visit family and go skiing at Mount Rose. Kids loved the game room and the tree house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of soft towels for everyone. My only minor issue is that the oven, and kitchen in general, is a bit small to cook for a large group (we had 6 adults and 4 kids). Also, the grill was not working during our stay, the owner did apologize for the inconvenience and committed to getting it fixed. Would definitely stay here...

"Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great "

"Location was great. Convenience to skiing Northstar is great. Amenities could be better - e.g., no hot tub, no ski closet or racks in or near entry, no boot bench, etc. for skiers. Many rooms don’t have overhead lighting. Bring extension cords for plugs on bedrooms. No shampoo or conditioner. "
