"Initially I messaged several months prior to the stay with an enquiry just after I booked the place. I never received a response to this enquiry which had a number of important questions. However, I had no option but to proceed with the booking. I did receive the normal message the day before with rules and check in instructions. "This house was filthy, covered in mould and had a broken glass door on a cabinet. There was only one small heater and the property was freezing. We left early and asked for a complete refund."

"I stayed at this property with my family for new years, the entire property smelt of urine or something close to it when we entered! Also the property said no pets allowed so it took me by surprise when the house was covered in pet smell. I have a newborn and I’m allergic to cats so it was a very unpleasant experience for me. "We arrived and first appearance was unkept grass growing out of gutters garden yard messy The walls were so marked i washed them as i couldnt look at the in lounge.the kitchen cupboards are falling apart . The doon on my bed under the sheets was very stained and revolting Im thinking they should have paid us to stay in it I have photos on arrival to prove If i was expedia i would remove this accomadation "

"Wifi not working, can’t bother asking the host, as they unable to understand English,no garage remote especially the garage is at the back of the house and we need to use the remote which is fixed to wall entering the house from front and open garage and then close it from the front.
