"Loved this hotel. So very unique and kitschy. Not for everyone, but definitely for those who don’t like the sterile corporate hotel feel. I will say when checking out, the gentlemen asked if we had breakfast any of the days. I said yes, but informed him that it was included in our Expedia rate. He said very bluntly “No, it’s not” and was going to try to charge me. My rate and email confirmation clearly states breakfast included. I replied “the lady who checked us in said she would honor it, since it was a mistake with Expedia.” Then he changed his tone and said I guess he will honor it then. But that was a bit rude — maybe get your facts straight first."
