I have stayed at Jots so many times because it is awesome at such a low price! The staff have always been so nice and so has the property. The restaurant right across the street is to die for, so we walk over for dinner. This last time, there was a hidden mess in my room that I couldn’t leave there. I called the front and the nicest woman came and cleaned it up for me. I understood and could see how it could be missed, so I didn’t make a scene and won’t do into details here. It was, however, slightly disappointing that she told me she spoke with her manager and management didn’t even offer a complimentary stay. I would never demand it, but I certainly feel like it would have been more than reasonable and accommodating to offer it. I know people who throw fits get it, but it should be happily offered to the respectful people, especially.

We stayed there for one night, but we faced the river and saw Seals in the morning. I wish we had at least 2 nights. The area is very beautiful. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room had queen bed, microwave and fridge. The ground floor had patio (room 131) and there were few flowers, even in winter. It had a huge TV with many channels. You can not connect to Netflix however unless you have a laptop and Hdmi cable. The room can use more hangers, it had only two hangers.

This Place is picture perfect very clean comfortable the view from every room is Amazing also don't have to go far for fine Dining the restaurant across the street has it all from a room with intimate dining a bar as well for casual dining . I will continue to stay here when i come to visit Gold Beach.

Honestly was shocked how late they stayed open. They were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and spacious. Definitely will be coming back.

The location was great but the cleanliness was not up to par. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, they’re open 24 hours. The place is modern and looks like it was updated recently but it just looks like it is not maintained well. Our bedding was dirty and had stains. The carpet was filthy and there were crumbs and things all around the bed. Definitely could’ve had a better experience if the cleaning standards were higher.

Its a motel. Receptionist was very nice said he will be there til 10 if we need anything. My som wanted something and even after tinging the bell multiple times nobody came it was 9pm. Website says 24 hours.

The king room with balcony overlooking the river was exactly like the photo on the reservation site. The resort appears to be an older establishment with remodeled rooms. I was impressed with the quality workmanship on the remodel and peaceful decor. The room was clean and quiet- the walls seemed to be pretty sound proof. The indoor spa was great, didn't try the pool or sauna. The grounds were neat however the stairwells and walkways to the rooms could use some TLC.
