Property and staff great. Room comfortable and staff very accommodating. Breakfast good even if you have to pay for it. Bed and pillows comfy. Only downside was for person clean the room…never did it properly ( cups left unclean). Manager Gentleman for breakfast ( baseball fan) was amazing.

A great hotel walking distance from Dotonbori, which has a nice buffet breakfast and a ramen shop on the grounds. Small room as per the standard in Japan, there is no closet and not a lot of room for suitcases so bring a small one! Shinsaibashi station is about a 10 minute walk away so very convenient to get around.

Super small room with no English speaking staffs kind of hard to talk to plus amenities you have to get at lobby that I didn’t know staff check me in didn’t say anything. Why people in japan doesn’t speak English would help a lot with tourist that doesn’t speak Japanese. Sometimes want to ask for help but no help asking they don’t understand me.

Staff very helpful & friendly. Location, 10min walk to subway. 1 thing i dislike is laundry facility. 1 family held up washer and dryer for 6 hours, they did multiple loads without any consideration that more than 3 others were waiting. I had to speak to concierge about this which they made a sign indicating limit of use.

The Grand Hotel has a perfectible location. It is near the metro (5min walk) and the shopping district (10-15min walk). There are also bars and clubs nearby.

Room was small. Would not recommend for more than two.Perfect for one. Close to the station and plenty of food joints. Location is perfect! Breakfast was amazing! Got free ramen at check in. Staff and people are super sweet.
