"For what I paid for one night, it was good value. The motel is decades old, but has been renovated and the room was comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. It's on a main road, so a bit noisy but okay after 10 pm. The pool and grounds were perfect. It's very well taken care of. We were asked for $100 deposit which they charged me for immediately. "Its a old property, with all the things you need for the stay. Location is the key here, our room had 3 ways view to the ocean, suana and pool was available to use, so enjoyed the stay. Cleanlinesswise it was ok, as there was beach sand on chairs and sofa."

"Great place for kids and families. Very central apartment was great, clean and tidy had everything we needed. Pool was very nice. Key pick up and drop off was a bit tricky and there is no access to any of the amenities outside of your check-in and checkout time. There’s also no baggage storage .minor but something to think about when booking flights."

"The property is located easy walking distance to surfers Paradise and also the local Chevron Island shops and restaurants. The property is compact but there was good parking and their accommodation was clean and pleasant. Communication was excellent. The kitchen was really well appointed for a stay of several days. "Close to all main shops, transport close by. Convenience of Cole’s downstairs. Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. A bit old and run down. Not very clean looking. Had ants coming up the drain pipe. "

"Service was helpful and straight forward. Also helped when I was lost or needed advice. The only thing is with expedia you need to point out it was not reserve and pay when arrive. The client actually sends an invoice to pay before which is ok but stipulate this. Also there is a bond that has been taken and not returned yet"

"The property was safe, secure, clean and the location was excellent. Unfortunately the back of the chair in the room was broken and the safe was not secured to the cabinetry. The room was reasonably quiet but soundproofing of the sliding door could have been improved by either double glazing or improved joinery "
