Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, including the backyard, and are welcome to use all the amenities provided. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.

Located in the peaceful suburb of Biggera Waters, you’ll be just minutes from the waterfront and family-friendly parks. The famous Gold Coast beaches and Harbour Town Shopping Centre are only a short drive away, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

1. No parties or events: This property is a peaceful retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. Please respect the tranquility of our community and refrain from hosting parties or gatherings that may disturb other guests or neighbors. An unauthorised event or party will result in the instant cancelation of your booking and there will be no refund.

2. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within any common areas of the building.

3. Quiet hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, and refrain from any loud activities or disturbances.

4. Respect for property and neighbors: Please treat the apartment and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be subject to additional fees. Additionally, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum and observing all community rules and regulations.

5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the apartment is 8. Please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the number of guests in your party, and refrain from exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. If there are any guests above the amount of the booking there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night.

6. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
