I stayed there while on the GC for uni exams, everything was fine initially One afternoon a large patch of carpet in my room was saturated and when i attempted to bring it to the attention of management they tried to blame me for leaving a window open (despite the windows not able to be opened) an industrial fan was bought up to dry the carpet but they were unhappy when i said it was too noisy and couldn’t run over night. The entire hotel had to be evacuated at around 11pm one night because some idiot burnt a piece of pizza in a microwave and thought it was funny to stand there laughing with said burnt piece of pizza while we all filed out in to the rain in our pj’s, an apology or some sort of credit would have been welcome in this circumstance but alas was not given. Beds were ok, bathroom was tiny but fine and had long black hairs in it.

We found the beds to be really hard and noisy and pillows very uncomfortable. The room was serviced everyday to a good standard. Staff at front desk weren't very approachable and friendly. Major downside was the strict 10am checkout time, this is very inconvenient for people with late flights. Overall the stay was okay as the room was clean and location was convenient.

It is a nice hotel and close to the tram to get to surfer’s paradise so that I was convenient.

Had two single beds pushed together with no foam on top so you were sleeping on the rough joins in beds which was very uncomfortable. Shower flooded into the bathroom area.

$25 per night for parking but it is under the property with roller door so didnt have to worry about car getting broken into. The location however, was a bit average especially with road works and wasnt easy to get to wasnt their fault at all but wouldve liked better direction

Very well appointed. Close to Surfers. Walk to shops and cafe's. Small cafe in foyer. Had a temporary road closure. Parking is first in first served. Paid parking on street. Parking was free from Saturday 5pm to Monday.

Thanks for having us. Mostly fine but felt 5 nights deserved a change in sheets. Noisy street people at 4am. Lots of shouting. Knew you couldn't really help that. Used dining room area as group dinner option. Just a little tired as hotel.
