"The front door was hard to open. Didn't have a code and used credit card to swipe. Swipe reader didn't work properly, had to stand in the dark for quite a while to get in. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key.
