"We stayed with our pet dog, so the facilities in the rear garden were perfect for our dog to make full use of the space. The garden was also a very nice space to sit in either in the morning with a coffee or late arvo with a glass of wine. The stone cottage helped create a nice atmosphere while visiting Berrima. A helpful hint for future guests is for some small mainteneance on the two steel queen beds in each room that made quite loud squeaky noices with the slightest of movement."

"Fenton's is good for large groups. We particularly liked the outdoor area with the fire and it was also handy having a bar area! "When we finally worked out where the house was on this desolate property, we were greeted by a dilapidated boxing bag and home gym on the balcony. Inside we discovered a filthy kitchen, glassware and cooking utensils, stained cushions, carpets, chairs and couch, horrendously dirty inside windows, a desolate deck, dismal firepit area, and a creepy caravan in the bushes. "Everything about the home is as shown on the website and its spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and great to cook in. The garden is big and there are lots of different places around the garden to sit. We spent hours on the tennis court. (Bring your own racquets and balls). We did need to contact the Agent After Hours - call was answered and our situation dealt with promptly."
