Arrived after a long drive to find that the dining room wasn't available due to a group booking. No prior advice of this. Room service meal was just acceptable, and we were charged a room service fee despite this being the only option. Fortunately, breakfast wasn't on offer, as we found a great cafe in town.

Sorry nothing good to say The bed was very hard the pillows were terrible Tables were sticky and dirty in the room Kettle was black inside cups were not clean I had to wash a cup and use the microwave to heat the water to make a coffee. Very noisy as well I would not recommend this place.

Older type property but nice large clean rooms. Hot shower, comfy bed. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the food looked good and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Room was not cleaned or serviced during our stay, very disappointing did not accept staff reasons, room also was outdated, front door lock is very fiddly and no secure lock on back which was broken off completely. Floor was covered in lint when we first walked into the room after check in on our arrival, we thought this would be cleaned after our first night, but no..no room service was provided during our stay. This was unacceptable
