"I have been here before and am used to the rundown condition. Mostly tradesmen but also many regular colourful characters. This time I got room 26 in the courtyard. It was noisy until 11 pm. Next time I will ask for a room facing the carpark - last time I had 12 or 12A which were much quieter . Sheets were clean as usual. Didn't use the TV. Fridge works fine "

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch. This fact alone made me and my family not only grateful they went that extra mile to make the room comfortable and welcoming, but it showed...

"Very very comfortable room. We drove 1200 km that day and had another 1200km to go. We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa, actually it was queen bed in the main area and a second room with 3 singles. Room is great, amenities great, beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you "
